This internship final report explains internal control system in a company (PT PQR, Tbk) for recording and reporting (remeasurement) of tangible fixed assets in foreign currency (American Dollar). This internship activity is a kind of observational research with descriptive research design. Through the internship activity, research shows that PT PQR, Tbk has to account and review their fixed assets values manually using facilities called Fixed Asset (FA) Reviewed and FA Register. They are used to make sure that dollar exchange rates and capitalization date which have been used in are accurate. Finally, this accurate exchange rates and capitalization date in recording and reporting tangible fixed assets would produce the true values of fixed assets.Ada tabel
