Prosedur penyusunan dan analisis pengendalian anggaran terkait rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) konstruksi PT X International
Budget control preparation and analysis in conjunction with cost budgeting plan of construction in PT X International
Overall, this internship report tells about steps which must be followed by company to make effective and efficient budget. In company which operated in property, there are two kinds of budget which is made, they are: annual budget of company and budget for construction project activity. This internship report will fully tells about budget for construction project activity, which in company is called by Cost Budgeting Plan (CBP). This CBP will help management as reference of the goals and action needed in coordinate project construction activities. Therefore, CBP must following some steps with certain procedures associates one to another which make it works effectively and efficiently. Those steps must be followed are: (1) planning step, (2) preparing step, and (3) controlling step. Begin in planning step, CBP which will be made and held later must have clear direction and coordination. In preparing step, CBP must be made associates to the results in planning step with orientation to performance and target. In controlling steps, CBP in practical is monitored so the result can be similar with the hopes and give favorable value to company. Evaluation and corrective action process includes in controlling steps must be done in making the next CBP better.Ada tabel
