The focus of this study will discuss about audit procedures of Reksa Dana PRI. KAP Hendrawinata, Gani & Hidayat, which is member firm of Grant Thornton International, do financial report audit of Reksa Dana PRI for period ended on December 31, 2008. This study compare audit theory with audit practice of Reksa Dana PRI. In practice, audit process not exactly same with the theory, but it not affect quality of financial report audit and auditor?s opinion. Ada bibliografi
