This Internship Report focus on the Due Diligence activities on the PT IMN. This due diligence is conducted based on the acquisition of PT IMN by PT M. The results of this due diligence activities shows that there is a disintegration in the company?s financial reporting system, that lead on the suggestion to the company that they should maintain a good and consistent account mapping in order to minimize the risk of misrepresentation of the user of financial report.Ada tabel
