Audit atas persediaan perusahaan dagang PT AA
This internship report comprises audit procedure done by Writer on PT AAA, which is a merchandising company with inventory of consumer goods. Audit procedures done by Writer are inventory quantity roll forward, valuation test, and compilation test. Audit of financial statement of PT AAA ended 31 December 2008 was done by Hendrawinata, Gani, and Hidayat, an accounting firm which is member firm of Grant Thornton International. This company has one Head Office in Sunter, Jakarta, and supported by five stock points located in Bandung, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, Garut and Cirebon which distributed its merchandising inventory to related region. As the audit on inventory of PT AAA was done, auditors concluded that the inventory was properly reported. But the company must made some adjustments before it can be concluded as fairly presented. .
