Menuju laporan keuangan yang andal dan relevan : studi kasus PT Telekomunikasi, TBK

Financial Reporting quality has an important role in building a conducive investment environment. Every public company, including TELKOM, obliged to comply with Stock Exchange regulations which its stock registered. Related to this, Corporate Governance plays an important role in the fulfillment of this obligations. The objective of this research is to find out how the rules in investment environment and goverment can influence the governance of TELKOM, which then give affect to the quality of financial reporting. Research was conducted by comparing all of information in the Annual Report from year 2001-2007. The conclusion is from the problem of financial reporting that TELKOM face in 2002, TELKOM has been evident to do lots of changes in its Corporate Governance so that the quality of financial reporting increased.Ada tabel
