Analisa implementasi balanced scorecard pada BP Indonesia
This research is talking about the balanced scorecard practice in BP Indonesia, multinational energy company that has it branch in Indonesia. Focuses of this study are development process, design process, and implementation of the balanced scorecard in BP Indonesia. The research shows that the balanced scorecard implementation is good enough with a little constraint in it. Those constraints must be eliminated to achieve success on balanced scorecard implementation. With knowledge and capability that the writer has, writer try to give suggestion to eliminate the constraints on the balance implementation in BP Indonesia.Ada tabel
