This research wants to see whether managerial ownership has effect on liquidity policy. The data is taken from manufacturing companies listed in IDX in 2006. For some variables, data from 2005 ? 2007 is used. Total sample is 90 companies using purposive sampling method. This research is done with multiple linear regression method. The result is managerial ownership has no effect on liquidity policy. The other results are companies? cash cycle, hostile takeover threat and market structure of companies? product have no effect on liquidity policy, while companies? debt, public ownership and research, development and advertising ratio have effect on liquidity policy.Ada tabel
