The focus of this study is the case of e-procurement project that undertaken by PT. Telkom in year 2000. The using of real optiom method in this case study designated as comparable method in decision making of information technology project that will give a clearer picture about the effectiveness of information technology project. The researcher suggest that managerial flexibility needs to be increased to support the success of an information technology project and it is better to use more than one approach to evaluate the IT project. .
