Analisis pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan, return, ukuran perusahaan, dan inflasi terhadap remunerasi eksekutif

Business head for maximize the value of the firm. For the listed company, the objective is not only to maximize profit, but also to maximize shareholders? wealth. The agency conflict results from the separation of the management and the ownership of the firm. By linking pay to firm?s performance, the executives will be more motivated to make decisions that maximize the shareholders? value. So, the appropriate executive remuneration with the performance is to be one of the agency conflict solutions. This paper is attempt to find the effect of firm?s performance (sales growth and return) to the executive remuneration. Else, this paper also put into the control variable, such as firm size and inflation. Consider the industry, this paper use cyclical and defensive industry data. The results show a significant relationship and a positive effect between sales growth and executive remuneration in cyclical industry.Ada tabel
