Faktor-faktor mempengaruhi tenor hutang pada perusahaan non-financial yang terdapat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2001-2005
This essay discusses and examines the factors that influence the debt maturity companies which have in Indonesia. However, this research is to limit the sample to the company non-financial companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and period from 2001 until 2005. Some of the factors is suspected and tested to see how they affect the structure of the company's long-term debt, among others, are high growth companies, the size of the company, the quality of the company, the due date, the company assets, corporate income tax, corporate liquidity, and the use of debt ratio or lever the company. These factors are the factors that have also been tested and examined in previous research in other countries. Methods used to process the data necessary to obtain the results of the research is to use panel data, namely using the least squared pooled, fixed effect and random effect. This research will try to prove whether the factors which have influenced the structure of long-term debt in other countries is also evident in Indonesia.Ada tabel
