Pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada distributor perusahaan berbasis multi-level marketing : studi kasus pada distributor TG Indonesia di daerah Jabotabek

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of motivation to job satisfaction, specifically on Multi-Level Marketing distributors. The motivation theory used in this research is five stage of Maslow?s Hierachy of Needs, which are physiological needs, security needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. This quantitative research used descriptive research method and questioners as survey method, which were distributed to TG Indonesia?s distributors. The result of this research shows that motivation positively affect job satisfaction. However, from five stage of Maslow?s Hierarchy of Needs, only one need that positively affect job satisfaction, which is security needs.Ada tabel
