Pengaruh upah, kesempatan promosi, kebijakan PHK, dan kebijakan lingkungan terhadap ketertarikan pada organisasi dan intensi untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan jenis kelamin sebagai variabel moderasi
This research shows the effect of payment, promotion opportunity, lay-off policy, and ecological rating on organizational attractiveness and job pursuit intention. This research moves toward clarifying and differentiating the constructs of organizational attractiveness and job pursuit intention. The results identify that factors determining potential job recruit?s attraction to an organization may not equate with the factors that prompt job pursuit intentions. Using a subject of last semester student studying at Faculty of Economic, University of Indonesia, and policy-capturing method, results show ecological rating most strongly predicted attractiveness, while payment that is offered to potential job recruit, is the strongest factor that influence job pursuit intention.Ada tabel
