Analisis pengaruh switching cost terhadap switching intention pelanggan operator CDMA, : studi kasus mahasiswa pelanggan Esia di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya
This research discusses the effects of each dimensions of switching cost, which are procedural, relational & financial switching cost, on switching intention in Esia?s college student based subscriber in Jakarta area. This research involving 166 respondents consists of online surveyed respondents and direct surveyed respondents. In this research, I used two types of data analysis, which are single regressions analysis and multiple regressions analysis. In processing the data I used SPSS version 14. Results conducted by the single regressions analysis indicate that all dimensions of the switching cost are affecting consumer-switching intention. Otherwise, Result conducted by multiple regressions analysis indicate that only one dimension which significantly affecting consumer-switching intention. This founding means that the effects of the procedural, and financial switching cost on switching intention are relatively small compare to the effects on switching intention contributed by relational switching cost. This founding gives me recommendation to Esia that they should focus their effort in escalating switching cost on relational switching cost.Ada tabel
