Peran perbedaan jenis kelamin dan status kerja pada pengaruh karakteristik toko terhadap perilaku kunjungan pusat perbelanjaan
The focus of this study is analyzing the model of shopping center characteristics and its effect to consumer behavior by their gender and work status . In the retail sector, companies must be able to determine the most appropriate strategies for their clients , in this case, the difference of gender is the group which benefits are. This research is quantitative descriptive interpretive. The data also collected by some small interviews. The topic of this research is about how store characteristics variables (employee behavior, design, customer compatibility, product assortment, and accessibility) influence the emotional response, overall evaluation, and repatronage decision of customers with different genders and work status, and the implication for retail companies The statistical analysis used are factor analysis, simple regression, and reliability analysis. From the 8 hypothesis, 2 was accepted, 3 was partly rejected, and 3 was rejected completely.Ada tabel
