Analisis pengaruh kepuasan pengalaman berbelanja dalam multichannel retailing terhadap purchase intention : studi kasus krisbow

Focus of this study was to assess the effect of a satisfactory or dissatisfactory shopping experience on customers purchase intention for the retailer in particular channels will have on customer?s decision to shop use the same channel in the same retailer, different channel in the same retailer, and the same channel in the different retailer. This study use experimental design 3X2 to examine effect shopping experience towards purchase intention. It suggests that retailer must create a positive experience in any particular channels to keep consumer purchase and loyal in all channels.Ada tabel
