Hubungan faktor-faktor situasional terhadap pembelian di Hypermarket Indonesia : (studi kasus Giant Hypermarket Cabang Lebak Bulus)

This thesis examine the relationships of situational factors on shopper?s purchasing outcome in the Indonesian hypermarket. It explores how physical surroundings, social surroundings, temporal perspective, task definition, and antecedent state related to the amount of money spent and number of items purchased. The model itself was tested with data collected from a consumer survey. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, including cross tabulation and one way ANOVA. Research results indicate that social surroundings, capture time, shopping trip type, and the way of shopping were factors that significantly related to purchasing outcomes. But, for the other variables have not significantly realationships with the purchasing outcomes.Ada tabel
