This thesis examines factors that influence consumer attitude toward counterfeit products and the implication on purchase intention and post-purchase feelings. This quantitative research is conducted on consumers that have purchased counterfeited DVD in Jabodetabek. There are five variables that used in this research. There are consumer ethics, idealism, relativism, financial risk, and value consciousness as reference to know what factors influence attitude toward counterfeit products. This research is using a reliability analysis, validity, correlation and regression to collects data. The result of that assessment will be reference to know that influence of consumer attitude toward counterfeit products and the implication on purchase intention and postpurchase feelings. The result of this research shows us that consumer ethics, idealism, relativism, financial risk, and value consciousness influence the consumer attitude toward pirated DVD furthermore the attitude toward pirated DVD influences purchase intention and post-purchase feelings.Ada tabel
