Analisis pengaruh pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah terhadap investasi swasta daerah pasca-pemberlakuan undang-undang otonomi daerah legislasi 1999

Regional decentralization, which is going on in Indonesia, even it is important to be implemented considering the characteristics of Indonesia., has created negative excesses, such as so many regional regulations about regional tax and regional retribution, which can distort economic activity, issued. The research conducted in this thesis confirms the statement, saying that regional tax and retribution can distort economic activity. Using fixed-effects method of panel data analysis of data from 26 provinces in Indonesia during the years from 2002 to 2006, this thesis concludes that regional tax and retribution have negative impact on regional private investment. For each 1% increasing of tax burden growth will reduce regional private investment by 0.4414%. For each 1% increasing of regional retribution burden growth will reduce regional private investement by 0.5782%.Ada tabel
