Deskripsi

The objective of this thesis is to analize the relationship between ownership structure to the possibility of the company facing restructuring. Research done toward manufacturing companies that listed in BEI at year 2004 until 2006 by using logit regression. This research using third measures that describe on third models. The result from first model shows the change of institutional ownership and current ratio has a negative relationship with the possibility of the company facing restructuring. On second model shows blockholders has a negative relationship with the possibility of the company facing restructuring. And on third model shows blocholders and current ratio has a negative relationship with the possibility of the company facing restructuring. Ada tabel
