The purpose of this study is to give an empirical evidence about there is or not difference of foreign party (acquirer) stock acquisition to the financial performance of Indonesian local firm (acquiree). I made comparison the average of three years financial performance before and after acquisition using eight factors, which are: Current Ratio (CR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover Ratio (TATO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price per Earning Ratio (PER).
