The aim of this research is to investigate determinants of capital structure of Kompas 100 non financial companies during period 2003-2008 by testing whether some determinants of capital structure such as firm?s profitability, size, growth, asset structure, and risk partially and altogether affects the capital structure. Data processing is done by using panel data. This research discovers that profitability and size have a significant and negative correlation with capital structure. While growth, risk and asset structure do not have significant correlation with capital structure. Then company?s profitability, size, growth, asset structure, and risk altogether have significant impact to capital structure. Ada tabel
