Analisis determinan kinerja ekspor perusahaan : studi kasus industri karet rumah Indonesia
The focus of this study is the influence of firm-level determinants towards the export performance of firms in Indonesian crumb rubber industry using two models, Firm?s Propensity to Export Model and Firm?s Export Intensity Model. The purpose of this study is determining the factors affecting firm?s propensity to export and firm?s export intensity in crumb rubber industry. This study is quantitative, and uses probit regression and OLS regression. Firm-level determinants statistically tested in this study are labor productivity, capital stock, firm size, imported input ratio, and foreign ownership. The data used in this study are the Indonesian crumb rubber industry on 2002, 2005, and 2006. Among the firm-level determinants tested, firm size has the most significant influence on firm?s propensity to export, and labor productivity has the most significant influence on firm?s export intensity.
