The objective of this study is to analyze factors affecting credit demand and credit supply in Indonesia and the relationship between them within 1994-2008. The method of research being used in this study is Two Stage Least Square (2SLS). The result shows that real lending rate, real Gross Domestic Product (GDP), credit supply, and 1997/1998 crisis are significant in affecting credit demand, while capacity of lending, production index, spread between real lending rate with real deposit rate, and credit demand are significant in affecting credit supply. This study also shows that there is a relationship between credit demand and credit supply; in which credit demand is more significant in affecting credit supply.Ada tabel
