Pengaruh kebijakan dana perimbangan terhadap human development index (HDI) Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia
After fiscal decentralization policy implemented in Indonesia, local government still depend on central government, especially on local government revenue. This problem shown at the dominancy of financial transfer on APBD and the thrice increasing financial transfer (DAU, DAK, DBH). However this increasing is not followed by the effectivity of spending by local government, so this policy not affected on wealth yet. The reegression result shows that the policy of DAU and DBH have positive impact and significant on HDI level at local level in Indonesia.Ada tabel
