Pengaruh electronic word of mouth terhadap tingkat adaptasi informasi dari anggota komunitas online studi kasus : Forum Jual Beli Kasus

This research discusses the impact of electronic word of mouth towards information adoption level in online member communities. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as input for conclusive (descriptive) research. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.8 program has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that the most influential factor to create information usefulness are relevance and comprehensiveness. This research also found that information adoption influenced by information usefulness in significant way. This indicate that online member communities will adopt the information if they perceived the information will be useful for them.Ada tabel
