Hubungan antara spiritualitas di tempat kerja dengan penyimpangan perilaku di tempat kerja (studi kasus Bank Muamalat Indonesia)
The focus of this study is about significant influence between workplace spirituality that consist of meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment of values with counterproductive work behavior that consist of property deviance, production deviance, personal aggression, and political deviance in Bank Muamalat Indonesia. This research is quantitative with causal design. The result of this research found that in Bank Muamalat Indonesia, meaningful work dimension is significant influence to reduce of counterproductive work behavior consist of production deviance, personal aggression and political deviance. And alignment of values dimension is significant influence to reduce of counterproductive work behavior to production deviance dimension only. The researcher suggests that Bank Muamalat Indonesia should improve the environment in work with meaningful work and alignment of values to reduce of production deviance, personal aggression, and political devianceAda tabel
