Analisis prosedur proyeksi laporan keuangan dan valuasi saham PT X pada Mega Capital Indonesia
The focus of this internship report is to evaluate the procedure of financial statement projection and valuation process in PT. Mega Capital Indonesia. Financial statement projection can be done by estimating the amount of the account, using all the information that?s written in the financial statement of the company. As with valuation process, there are two approaches than commonly used, Discounted Cash Flow Approach and Relative Valuation Approach. Discounted Cash Flow Approach attempts to derive the fair value of the company with estimating the present value of the company?s future cash flow, in the other hand Relative Valuation Approach attempts to compare the ratio of company?s stock price with the important variable of the company. The approaches used are depend on the nature of business and financial structure of the company.Ada tabel
