Preferensi rumah tangga dan segregasi ekonomi lingkungan tempat tinggal di kota Bogor
The purpose of this study is to describe natural segregation in micro scale, that is neighborhood economic segregation in Bogor, 2007 and 2008. The samples of this study are owner and non-owner household which devided in two groups: one household and it?s ten neighbors that reflects neighborhood. Empirical result from this study is moderat degree of mixing but still far enough to be said that there is no neighborhood sorting in Bogor. Based on the result, this study suggest goverment to increase house ownership and quality of education fasilities on each neighborhood so that society can get the benefits of neighborhood effect and minimize the negative consequences of segregation.Ada tabel
