The increased of women labor force participation rate that accompanied by the decreased of fertility could indicate the negative relationship between these two variables. However, Susenas 2007 showed that working women have a greater number of children than non-working women. This result also supported by the positif relationship between fertility and work participation of married women after performing regression with robust standard error. This paper shows that this positive relationship is heavily influenced by the large proportion of married women in the agricultural sektor. After eliminating this group from the sample, work participation of married women and fertility become negatively correlated.Ada tabel
