Evaluasi perancangan dan implementasi balanced scorecard sebagai sistem manajemen strategik : studi kasus pada PT. X.
PT X, dealer agent of heavy equipments, faces various challenges such as more intensive competition and more complicated customers? needs. In order to answer it and achieve its vision and mission as well, PT X uses the Closed Loop Strategic Management System to develop and implement its strategy. It is adopted from concept of Kaplan and Norton in their book entitled ?the Execution Premium?. Company?s strategy map and balanced scorecard are also parts of this system. Appropriate strategic management system development becomes essential requirement for the company to be one of major players in the heavy equipment industry. For that reason, this case-study thesis will analyze the appropriateness of the Closed Loop Strategic Management System implementation in PT X. The conclusion from the analysis made in this thesis is that there are fallacies and obstacles regarding the implementation of PT X? strategic management system such as incomprehensive strategy map and inappropriate naming of some balanced scorecard measurements. Therefore, there will be recommendations for necessary improvements and changes to overcome those problems.Ada tabel
