The Balanced Scorecard is usually used to measure performance in profit organization. But today, the balanced scorecard is already being used by nonprofits organization, such as hospitals, local governments, universities, and others. In this study, the authors develop the balanced scorecard in one of non-profit organizations, namely University of Indonesia (UI). To be used in non-profit organizations, the balanced scorecard should be modified. The uniqueness of the balanced scorecard for nonprofit organization is to put the customer's perspective at the top. In the customer perspective, UI produces high quality graduates and learning programs to increase student satisfaction, user, and society. In the internal business process perspective, the UI provides adequate facilities and infrastructure, runs with good teaching and learning activities, and develops research and writing of journals in various fields. In the learning and growth perspective, UI improves competencies, welfare, and commitment from the employee, develops cyber campus, and builds organizational culture. In the financial perspective, UI increase revenues from other resources beside government, the integration of the financial system, maximize asset utilization, and optimize the use of budget.Ada tabel
