Pengaruh praktek corporate governance terhadap agency cost Bank Domestik dan Multinasional
This thesis describes the results of analysis of the influence of corporate governance practices of the agency cost in the bank industry in Indonesia. This research was conducted specifically to two types of banks, domestic and multinational companies operating in the year 2007. From the analysis conducted by using the variable family ownership, third party funds, and different types of banks, it found sufficient evidence that corporate governance practices did not influence the agency cost. The implementation of corporate governance practices also do not differ on domestic banks and multinational banks.Ada tabel
