Analisis pengukuran produktivitas proses produksi pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah maika etnik Cimahi periode September 2009 - April 2010
This thesis discusses about the level of productivity of production processes in SMEs Maika Etnik from September 2009 through April 2010 and discusses about quality control in every step production processes. The measured level indicates the level of productivity efficiency, effectiveness, and quality products. This research is a qualitative case study approach. The results of this study the level of productivity of labor and raw materials from September 2009 - April 2010 only around 38%. In terms of effectiveness, Maika Etnik been effective in achieving the desired targets, 65% output of total demand. Level of quality has been good but still needs improvement. Suggestions are Maika Etnik should review loss and benefit in outsourcing cooperation in production processes, doing material management, and pushing productivity in every labor.Ada tabel
