This research analyzes the impact of municipal performance, municipal dependability, and municipal characteristics with the municipal internet voluntary disclosure on municipal website. Municipal characteristic consist of: size, municipal complexity, and municipal expenditure. Municipal website divided into three variables, which consist of: content disclosure, disclosure presentation, and total disclosure. From every independent variable that was used in this research, factors impacting the content for internet voluntary disclosure are: municipal performance, municipal dependability, size, municipal complexity, and municipal expenditure. Factor impacting the internet disclosure presentation are: municipal dependability, size, municipal complexity, and municipal expenditure.
