Analisis tingkat kinerja pemerintah Daerah dengan standar pelayanan minimal berdasarkan laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintah Daerah (LPPD) tahun 2008
This thesis discusses analysis of performance of local government. Government issued Government Regulation (PP) No. 3 year 2007 which requires local government to make LPPD (Local Government Organization Report). LPPD is a source of information for analyzing the level of local government performance. The analysis was based on PP No.6 year 2008 the Guidelines of Performance Evaluation and Implementation of Local Government and Home Affair Minister Regulation No.73 year 2009 regarding Procedure for Performance Evaluation of the Implementation of Local Government Organization. Evaluation of performance using key performance indicators in a compulsory affair compared with the minimum service standards in four local government: Balikpapan, Medan, Sorong and Mataram. Overall, the Government of Balikpapan has the best performance on the achievement of the SPM.Ada tabel
