This thesis will explain about governance changes before and after University of Indonesia became BHMN. The UI transition from state university to BHMN make governance changes. Changes in governance are expected towards good. Explanation about how the chages of role state affects governance structure and mechanism. This thesis explain how governance structure in University of Indonesia changes, ezplain about governance mechanism in University of Indonesia, and how their structure do their role. This study is qualitative research with descriptive method. The result of study is conclude form of University of Indonesia governance and suggest how University of Indonesia runs good governance.Ada tabel
