Hipotesis free cash flow untuk pertumbuhan penjualan dan kinerja perusahaan dalam industri manufaktur Indonesia periode 2003 - 2007

This thesis intended to find the effect of corporate governance which is represented by stock ownership in the relationship of investment decision to the sales growth and firm performance. Samples used for this research is manufacturing companies which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2003-2007 that are 128 firms. The results show that generally sales growth increases performance but with the existence of FCF, the relationship become less. This can be handled by strong governances. For firm with FCF (Q<1), cash flow increases sales growth and sales growth increases performance. With strong governance, sales growth gains higher for firm performance.Ada tabel
