Analisa pengaruh persepsi kewajaran harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen, loyalitas konsumen dan penerimaan harga (studi kasus : PT Amidoway Jaya (amway Indonesia)

This thesis discusses the influence of price fairness perception on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and price acceptance of Amway products company. Researchers will use a exploratory research beforehand to get a picture and understanding of the research problem, then the results of this exploratory research will be an input to the descriptive research to know influence between variables. The results showed that perceptions of price fairness is positively associated with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty is then also have a positive influence on price acceptance of Amway products company.Ada tabel
