Analisis pengaruh sevice quality, value dan satisfaction terhadap behavioral intention (studi kasus : jasa hiburan timezone family entertainment center)

Family Entertainment Center has become one of the increasing growth lifestyles in Jakarta City, so it can be predicted that the competition in this industry will be more tight. Service quality is one of many factors which can creates competitive advantage in the competition amongs the other identic game services. Service quality will influence behavioral intention that can be built when the customer decide to be still consume the service or leave the service. The previous research prove that service quality, value, and satisfaction could give impacts towards behavioral intentions. This research is design to know the impact of service quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention. Data in this research were collected from the questionaire which is given to 350 visitors of Timezone in Jabodetabek more than once (previously in three months). One conceptual framework and eight hypotheses are tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to find the impact of service quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention. The conclusion of this research highlighted that service quality, value, and satisfaction influence significantly and positively on behavioral intention.
