Pengaruh shopper-based mall loyalty dan analisis perilaku pembelanja Wanita dan Pembelanja Pria, studi kasus : Pondok Indah Mall 1 & 2

This research discusses the impact of shopper-based mall equity towards mall loyalty and its difference between female and male shopper. Researcher will use exploratory research in advance to get insight and understanding about research problem, and then the result from exploratory research will be used as input for conclusive (descriptive) research. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.8 program has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that the factor influencing mall loyalty is commitment to the mall, which constituted by selfcongruity and mall awareness. In this research, researcher also find that there are some difference between female and male shopper regarding which dimension of mall image that affect shopper?s self-congruity.Ada tabel
