Pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap satisfaktion dan purchase intention : studi kasus : restoran Solaria SKY Dining Plasa Semanggi

The focus of this study is to analyze the affect of store atmosphere towards satisfaction and purchase intention customer for case study : Solaria restaurant Sky Dining Plasa Semanggi. On this academics journal, store atmosphere is an important factor on store characteristic. Because store atmosphere can bring a positive mood to the customer. Mood is some feeling that human usually recognize it as a good one or a bad one. A good mood can affect and increase consumer satisfaction, and can stimuli the consumer to doing some purchasing or have a purchase intention towards the product. This research using a simple linear regression based on research model in academics journal. The researcher added a double regresion only to compare the result from both of the method. The result for this research shows that there are significant and positive affection on store atmosphere, mood towards satisfaction and purchase intention on consumer of Solaria restaurant Sky Dining Plasa Semanggi.Ada tabel
