The focus of this research is the Influence of the Retail Service Quality to Behavioral Intentions of Indomaret Jabodetabek. Researcher will first conduct literature study in order to get insight and understanding about research, and then the result from the literature study will be used as input for conclusive (descriptive) research. This research shows that the Retail Service Quality enough to influence Behavioral Intentions of Indomaret?s customers. The Retail service quality dimension, which most affect the Behavioral Intentions is the Reliability and Problem Solving.Ada tabel
