This thesis analyzes the effect of attitude toward using smartphone, perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy against behavioral intention to use a smartphone. In previous research, attitude, perceived usefulness, and self-efficacy are important factors to influence behavior intention to use smartphones. In this research, the researchers found that the factors that most influencing the behavior intention to use the smartphone is the perceived usefulness and attitude.
