Analisis pengaruh kualitas dan nilai festival terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengunjung studi kasus : Jakarta International Java Jazz Festival 2010

This research discusses the effects of festival quality and value on visitor?s satisfaction and loyalty. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.8 program has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that factors influencing the festival value are program and facilities. This study also found that festival value influences festival satisfaction and festival satisfaction influences festival loyalty significantly. This indicates that to increase festival value, satisfaction, and loyalty, the organizers can improve the quality of festival program and facilities.Ada tabel
