Analisis kepuasan, kepercayaan, loyalitas pada website dan pengaruh offline parent brand terhadap kepuasan, kepercayaan, loyalitas pada website (studi kasus : Kompas dan Kompas.com)

The increasing of internet usage in business environment creates an alternation and one of sector of business that most influenced by the emerging of internet is newspaper sector, this condition is representated by so many newspapers publish their online version. Online version of newspaper or called portalnews is considered as brand extension of offline newspaper. This research is designed to (purpose) (1) to seek the linkage between website satisfaction, website trust and website loyalty, (2) It also seeks to explore the effect of offline parent brand on website satisfaction, website trust, and website loyalty. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to examine 14 hypothesis to answer the research problem. The research finding support the result of earlier studies suggesting that website satisfaction is an antecedent of website trust and website trust is antecedent of website loyalty. The research finding also shows that there is a different effect of offline parent brand in each level (brand satisfaction, brand trust, attitudinal and behavioral brand loyalty) on website satisfaction, website trust, and website loyalty. This research also provide a contribution and suggestion for the management and the next research. Ada tabel
