Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi customer loyalty pada internet service provider (studi kasus : pengguna modem mobile broadband internet di Jabodetabek)

This research discusses the determinants of customer loyalty to Internet Service Provider with case study from modem mobile broadband internet users in Jabodetabek. Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL8.8 program has been used to process the data. The result of this research shows that factors influencing customer loyalty are customer satisfaction, corporate image, switching cost and price perception. This study also found that service quality influences customer satisfaction and corporate image. Ada tabel
