Analisis pengaruh E-Service quality terhadap _Loyalty (studi kasus : WWW.jobstreet.com)

This thesis discusses the analysis of the influence of e-service quality with four dimensions: efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, and privacy of e-satisfaction and e-trust that they will affect e-loyalty. This study took samples online from various regions in Indonesia. Processing the data in this study used Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL program 8.8. The results of this study indicate that efficiency, fulfillment, and privacy has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction and e-trust, whereas system availability has no significant influence on both. Furthermore, researchers found that e-satisfaction and e-trust does have a significant positive influence on e-loyalty.Ada tabel
