Pengaruh restauran image dan faktor-faktor evaluatif terhadap behavioral intentions studi kasus : restoran Solaria
This research discussed about the effect of restaurant image and evaluative factors towards customer behavioral intentions. Casual Dining Restaurant, Solaria was selected as a case study. The data for this research was obtained using exploratory and descriptive conclusive research design. The data was processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique with Lisrel 8.8 software. The result showed that restaurant image directly influenced service quality and perceived value but indirectly influenced behavioral intentions. Meanwhile, only customer satisfaction variable could directly influence behavioral intentions. It indicates that positive behavioral intentions would be built if the visitors were satisfied with Solaria Restaurant service quality and customer value.Ada tabel
