One of the regulations adopted by the Indonesian government in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia is the regulation concerning the Ring Fence Policy which states that every Permanent Establishment (PE) is only allowed to manage a work area. This regulation causes M Oil as the oil company that has more than one work area to form a PE for each of work area it has. To identify the cost of each of this PE, M Oil has to implement cost allocation activities. This internship report explains cost allocation activities in M Oil as a form of compliance to BPMIGAS regulation.Ada tabel
